Yersha was amazing. We left thinking we could get a better deal and came back. We couldn't get a better deal. Then there was a couple of scratches they touched up for us. They repainted the parts. It looks great. I am very happy with the sale and the service experience at this dealership. They will treat you well.

I have been considering a car purchase for a little while now and when I finally make the move, Anthony will definitely be who I will choose as my salesperson. He is patient, knowledgeable and has really made me feel at ease overall. The only reason I haven’t purchased yet is because I haven’t found the one. He has his eye on inventory for me and I’m sure he will let me know when my perfect match arrives!

I purchased a used car from this dealership and have had it less than 90 days, now it has a blown head gasket. I talked to the manager, but if course that did no good! He was rude! I suggest you "Never" buy from VW if Macon. I know I won't! Terrible customer service!

I recently bought a used vehicle from them and I had to drive 3hrs to get there so I called to confirm some details and one of those was that the car had a second functional key foband I was told yes it did . When I got home l tried the key fob and it was for another car and could not be programmed to my car .Second issue was my salesman ( Addison Lindsley ) told me my factory warranty was non-transferable and that i needed their extended warranty ( $ 2500.00 ) . When I got home I found out also that was incorrect and the finance guy gave me a run around about refunding the amount of the warranty that I canceled but finally got the simple form from him and hopefully it is canceled now. On a semi positive note I spoke to a manager named Amber about all of this and she did get me the $300.00 reimbursement for the key but she will not do anything else to accommodate my wife and i
